It is important for web content to be well presented and accurate to be high quality. People visiting your website expect to find readable content and working links. Broken links hurt the trust a user has in your website. Spelling errors further degrades the user’s trust because it shows a lack of care and professionalism.

Bulk Editing in WCM made easy

When I demo WebRadar, one of the features that gets a great reaction is Bulk Edit. I particularly like this feature as it reduces the time to modify a lot of data, especially if even identifying the data would be difficult within WCM.

To Expire or Not To Expire

A great feature of WCM is the ability to set an expiry date on your content, automatically ensuring that old content is expired and subsequently removed from your site. However there can be two problems with expiry dates. The first, of course, is what if you want to extend the life of some content items. The other is what if authors didn't set an expiry date in the first place. How do you locate these content items in WCM?
